The Gardens.   With over 16,000 acres to discover, you are guaranteed to appreciate the beauty of the gardens. Walk through the Japanese Woodland and the Duchess Garden.   A set of landscaping plans were drawn up in 1780 by Lancelot "Capability" Brown, and they were discovered in the Castle archives in 2013. These plans have now been completed, and thanks to the current Duchess of Rutland, you can enjoy the picturesque landscape that Capability Brown planned for Belvoir Castle. 

After a day of adventures, it’s time for some retail therapy at The Engine Yard. From fashion to chocolate, you’ll find independent goodies for the whole family.  Enjoy tasty wood-fired pizzas at the Fuel Tank Kitchen, and sip quirky cocktails at the Balloon Bar – there is plenty of fun to be had at The Engine Yard Retail Village
